Check out this page: GEOCACHING - Details - Breen Art Cache 1 by Eddie Breen to get details on how to find the duck below. No one's emailed me yet so it's probably still out there! If you do find it, please drop me a line!

I've been on vacation in Maine for the past week, catching fireflies and playing pounce, mauled by kids whenever I've pulled out the paints! Never-the-less, got a breen done!

The prestigious Surry workshop was quite successful, where Eddie Breen passed on the skills of his craft to many young impressionable minds! I've posted these pictures like I said I would, a promise is a promise!

We left Maine Friday and ended up in Portland for a night, where I found a geocache. Added a couple of stone breened eyes, and continued on to North Conway, NH. Our ultimate destination being Storyland, a bizarre kids park put together in the 50s with very cool hokey story-book tales made large in fiberglass monuments.
If you're from Portland you can get a
couple of free stone breens by being the first to find the geocache
listed below. I plan on dropping lots of these stone eyes around as
my calling card, but never selling them. To find the coordinates for
this geocache, go here:

On the way to Storyland today, the wagon sputtered a few times and lost power - we had to pull over to the side to the road. Luckily a gas station was across the street - alternator is fried. Not going to let it ruin our vacation! We took a cab - the driver was about 97 - and played with Humpty-Dumpty and visited Cinderella's castle!
:
In the afternoon I planted my own geocache. You can find this one without a GPS. When you find it, you're supposed to take something, and leave something - logging in your visit on the included pad and sending me an email. If you look for this treasure please leave something small but art related. I've been leaving stones painted as eyes. Whoever find this cache will find a miniature breened flame duck decoy. I'm giving my list a two-day heads up, and then I'll post the position of my cache on http://www.geocaching.com.
Good Luck!
