Our house has been on the market for six months and has finally sold, or at least the P+S has been signed. We really don't have any place to live, but decided to take the offer anyway, rent, and hope we can find something in the spring. Hopefully, houses will drop, rather than rise, but who the hell knows. We are a little panicky, feeling apprehensive and rootless and are unjustly blaming our realtor, who is really quite nice. This breen appears to make no sense.
